300 mg Pharmacodynamics Combined drug, has antispasmodic, antisecretory and analgesic (due to m-holinoblokircheyuscheyuschey activity of belladonna extract), antiseptic and anti-inflammatory (due to phenylsalicylate, which breaks down in an alkaline environment into phenol and salicylic acid) action.
