Fresh Mart ships with USPS,UPS and FeDex. We prepare you to package day after placing the order. We DO NOT ship packages on Sundays and holidays. We ship only in the USA borders. When you are done choosing your favorite items, click on your shopping cart and check out. After you are done with your payment, we will calculate the shipping cost based on the weight on the package and your shipping location. Once the order received it might take 7 to 10 business days (handling time) to ship due to high volume of the shipments. During holidays ground shipping might take longer than expected. It is very important during holiday season due to high volume on shipping/handling carrier companies. Please take a consideration GROUND SHIPPING MAY TAKE LONGER DURING HOLIDAY SEASON. Please contact us if you have any questions or issues with placing an order. If you are having difficulties receiving your order after it leaves our warehouse please contact the shipping company. We will not be responsible for the lost or damaged items caused by the carrier company that handles the shipping.
After you place your order, we will work on shipping process. As soon as we get our shipping label printed, we will be notifying you via e-mail. This process might take couple business days. It is very important to follow up with the shipping tracking number. No signature required for the package delivery. We strongly recommend for the customer to be present at first delivery attempt. Fresh Mart will not be responsible for the perishable products if the package was not received at first attempt. Items will not be reshipped and no returns accepted. Our minimum delivery is $25.
We will be shipping the items to the address customer provides. Please double check to be sure delivery address completed correctly to avoid any confusions. If customer provides incorrect address, we will not be responsible for the conditions of the products. There will not be any refund any of the charges. We will not reship, refund or replace the order. If the package was returned back to us by the carrier company due to providing incorrect address, we do not reship orders. If you would like us to reship the order, customer is responsible for the new shipping and handling fee. If customer does not want the package to be resend, there is absolutely no refund on perishable or any other heat sensitive products such as Chocolate, Candy, Chocolate covered snacks, Cheese, yogurt or any other dairy products, meat products, frozen dough or pastries. Any other returnable items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. To avoid any confusion or difficulties during shipping/handling process please make sure you enter the correct address during check out process.
–Perishable and Heat Sensitive Products
If you are purchasing perishable or any other heat sensitive products such as Chocolate, Candy, Chocolate covered snacks, Cheese, yogurt or any other dairy products, meat products, frozen dough or pastries. We strongly recommend you selecting overnight shipping option for next day delivery. Fresh Mart will not be responsible for the perishable items if next day delivery option was not selected by the customer. It is at customer’s own risk and we will not be held responsible for the spoilage. Damaged or spoiled items will not be replaced or reshipped or refunded. It is still at customer’s own risk. If you are not sure about being present at the delivery day and time, we recommend you not to purchase perishable products.
We will not be responsible for perishables if overnight shipping option was not selected by the customer.
All returns have to be notified within 72 hours after the package delivered. Returns are not accepted after 72 hours from the date the package delivered. DO NOT open the product packaging of the incorrect items. These items will not be replaced or refunded. Absolutely NO RETURNS ON PERISHABLE ITEMS. Shipping handling charges are not refundable. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the shipping and handling charges for any returns. Returns items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the package was returned back to us by the carrier company and the customer requests the order to be resent to a new address, the customer will be responsible for the new shipping handling fees. After the second attempt, it will be final sale and there will be absolutely no returns on any of the items that were purchased and Fresh Mart will not be responsible for any spoilage. We will not be responsible for the damaged items such as chocolates, vacuum pack meat products, vacuum-packed coffee products, chocolate eggs, glass jar products, damaged items due to freezing. For any returns, please include your order number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
